How we built it.
The need
Event agencies often manage day staff through message groups and spreadsheets. Applications, confirmations, check-ins and payments end up scattered.
The approach
Multiple roles and quotas in one listing, quick applications through a shared link, bulk approval with a waitlist, and live check-in with automatic timesheets on the day. We brought it all into one flow.
