Who is responsible

Kilicov, based in Istanbul, is responsible for the personal data processed on this site. For any question or request, email ata@kilicov.dev.

Project form

When you send the form, your name, email address, optional phone number, project type, project summary and any budget details reach us by email so we can reply to your request. They are not stored in a database; they are kept only in our work inbox.

Email delivery is handled by Resend, and Cloudflare Turnstile is used to block automated submissions. These providers may process data on servers outside Türkiye.

WhatsApp and booking

When you contact us through WhatsApp or the booking tool, that service’s own terms and privacy policy apply.

Studio notes newsletter

The newsletter is a separate, optional subscription run through Mailchimp. The project form does not subscribe you to it. You can unsubscribe with the link in any email.

Hosting and logs

The site is hosted on Vercel. Limited server logs may be kept for security and operation. The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask whether we process your data, request a copy, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Email ata@kilicov.dev.
