Kilicov is an independent product studio. Our team works across strategy, product design, engineering and launch for mobile apps, desktop tools and web platforms.
You work directly with the people making your product. Clear conversations, thoughtful decisions and shared responsibility from the first idea to release.

Where do we start?
With a short conversation about the people you’re building for, the problem you want to solve and what already exists. From there, we can define the scope and the right next step.
Can you handle both design and development?
Yes. We can take a product from flows and interface design through development and release preparation. If you already have designs, we can start from there.
Can you join an existing project?
Yes. Share the current product, codebase and the changes you need. We’ll review the starting point before proposing a scope.
How are cost and timing agreed?
After we understand the scope, dependencies and priorities. We agree deliverables and a working plan before the build starts, and discuss changes as they arise.
Do you help with publishing and deployment?
Yes. Release preparation, deployment and app submission support can be included in the scope. Store accounts, infrastructure and third-party services are discussed at the start.
What happens after delivery?
You receive a handover with the information needed to run the product. Ongoing support, maintenance and future releases can be agreed separately around your needs.
